The Firm is pleased to have obtained the cancellation by the Toulouse Administrative Court of an individual administrative control and surveillance measure (MICAS) taken on the occasion of the Paris Olympic Games on the basis of Article L. 228-1 of the Internal Security Code.

The court considered in particular that the facts retained by the Minister of the Interior and Overseas Territories, insufficiently established, do not allow it to be held that the applicant's behavior would constitute a threat ofparticular gravity to public security and order.
