Fees

From the very first meeting, Cabinet Latouche-Avocats provides a detailed invoice including all costs, disbursements and emoluments that the client may incur. Fees are set either according to the time spent on the case, based on an hourly rate, or on a lump-sum basis.

Fees are calculated according to the time spent on the case, research work, the nature and difficulty of the case, the importance of the interests at stake, the impact of the firm's costs and charges, the benefits and services rendered to the client, and the client's financial situation.
